London Refurbishments

I'm a bit reluctant to tell the world how great these builders are because I want to save them for myself, but the latest project they did for me was so perfect I don't ever intend to move. Tom Perring and co. are the most honest, straightforward, intelligent, delightful builders (and all around good people) you could imagine. For both my jobs (both massive 8 month builds) they came in on budget and on time, and if there was ever a problem, I knew I could talk to someone within a matter of a couple of hours, no matter how busy they were.

I would highly recommend Delano. Tom was very personable and a pleasure to deal with throughout the project and he had a great team who were skilled and conscientious. This made it much easier to deal with the inevitable hiccups and issues that such a project entails. Mine was a total rebuild of my apartment. I had a very clear idea of the design and they executed my vision brilliantly. The work done was to a very high standard with real attention to detail. The outcome is amazing and all I hoped it would be.

We completely renovated our flat with Tom, Latty and the Delano team, and are really happy with the results. We bought the flat at the end of 2019, found Delano and they guided us through the whole journey. We changed everything, including new kitchen and bathrooms and did all of this during the lockdown. We were not able to visit the project until everything was done, so all our decisions and choices were made with lots of videos, photographs and their help and guidance. It came out better than we had anticipated, with a really high-quality fit and finish. But what really makes the difference are the pieces that aren't easily seen. Things like the sub-floors being re-levelled, the pipework fitted to maximise water pressure. All "behind the scenes" elements that make the flat so much nicer. We would definitely use Delano for our next project.

We had a brilliant experience with Tom and the Delano team. They completely renovated our main bathroom, WC and study/music room as well as managing decorating and joinery work in one of our bedrooms. Everything is beautiful and functional and we are using them again to do the building work and manage a kitchen and conservatory renovation.

The best decision we made on this project was to hire Tom and the team at Delano. They consistently exceeded our expectations. The communication during the project was smooth and timely. The work done was of great quality, with a lot of attention to detail.

Our home renovation was a labour of love and we could not have hoped for a more skilled, dedicated and talented team to carry it out.. Weve been in the house almost a year now and still marvel at all the high standards of every detail, how lucky we were to work with such excellent builders.

The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.

We couldn’t recommend Delano London highly enough. Tom, Audrius and the team were great to work with and their standard of work is very high. We randomly found Tom and Delano when considering work for a flat we hadn’t yet purchased, Tom basically stayed with us through the whole purchase period (it was long, 6 months), checking in regularly and discussing the project as our requirements evolved. Once into the flat, Audrius was instrumental in making our ideas a reality, he often provided his own design insight and as the flat was a unique shape, problem solved a number of tricky installations. We will definitely be using Delano again in the future.
